The owner of Claire House was Greek, what were the chance's of that!!!
He was going to put in one of the other room's until we had a wee chat with him and he realised that, we were going to stay in Greece, that is when he put in the room, in the photo above.
On the left is the view of Dover as you drive into Dover.
On the right the famous White cliffs of Dover
When we arrived in Dover, the first thing that we did was to find the B&B.
We were to early to book in, but the owner let us park our car up, and told us where the nearest pub was, so we went to the pub, and had a few pints, took a few pictures of an old church (St Mary's Church) , that was across the road from the pub.
We also had to get me a pair of boots, as it was raining, and I didn't have boots packed with me.
After that we went back to the B&B, and booked in for the night, right sorted, back to Weatherspoon for something to eat and more drink, we had a lovely steak dinner, it was also the last proper meal we had in a few days.
Right back to Claire House, to get a good nights rest, all ready for the next leg of the journey, the ferry to France, then the drive to Laon, Picardy, France.
